Is this real Indian oud, or Indian-Chinese blend?
Every piece comes direct from Assam and Bengal estates in India and from Cambodia. We provide a stamped authenticity certificate with every order, and we accept returns within 14 days if the oud is verified to be other than as described.
How long is delivery from India to my country?
5-10 business days for UAE and Saudi (most common), 7-12 days for Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. Fully insured air freight, with a tracking number shared at the moment of dispatch.
Can I order before I travel and bring the oud back on my return flight?
Yes — a "carry-on" option is available for small pieces (up to 100g) with a customs invoice. Larger pieces ship to your GCC address as described above. Your coordinator will recommend the right option.
What grades are available and approximate prices in SAR?
Grades: Soosi (everyday Indian) from SAR 150/g, Hindi Premium from SAR 350/g, Kambodi Super King from SAR 900/g and up. Prices move with the harvest — request the current quote from the shop page.
Is this real oud or synthetic fragrance?
100% real — naturally distilled oud oil from aged Aquilaria heartwood. We never sell blended fragrances or synthetic oud oils. Every piece can be tested in person at the Al Mutalib showroom in Dubai before purchase.
